Simonton windows

Question

The counter balances seem to come in 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch. the ones I have to replace are 1/2 inch in single hung windows. do you have both styles?

1/2" and 3/4" are just two possible sizes; there are a few others, too. That's only one detail, anyway; there are tons of different 1/2" springs and you could have just about any of them. Before I can make a recommendation, I will need a clear photo of the hardware in question. I'm most interested in the pivot shoe. That will allow me to determine everything else used in the balance assembly.
