Follow up question;
I just want to confirm that the single coil spring you show in the video is strong enough to replace the three coil springs in the original assembly?
It makes my life much easier installing this but I want to make sure before I order the parts.

The S159 coil springs used with the 15-59 shoe come in a range of strength options. You'll need to weigh your window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils you'll be using on both sides of the window to choose the correct strength options for the replacement springs.
