Simonton windows - sash part?

A quick learner from Illinois says:
I'm not sure what this sash(?) vinyl part with the screws is called or what model my simonton windows are or how to replace a cracked one of these parts. Can you identify the part and tell me the model number of windows and give any tips on replacement of this part?

Hi there!

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. The part you're referring to is called a coil balance. We can help, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need. I'll attach some videos below on the removal and installation process to give you a better idea of how this hardware works.
