Simonton windows, spring and covers

Question

Need help finding the covers/springs for simonton windows. The exposed cover for the springs has broken on several windows, sun exposure. The upstairs ones have the mounting above the bottom window. I checked the downstairs ones, they are inside the track hidden by bottom window. Are the exposed ones with 3 springs still available?
