Simple hook-top keeper

We are in search of a replacement keeper--you have the most extensive selection we've seen, but we are having a lot of trouble finding one like this. These are being used at an apartment complex where we do maintenance. There are only two mounting holes, and the keeper is very simple, but any of the keepers we've found with a squared-off hook also have other protrusions that hit the door. Do you have any equivalent products? Or any suggestions on what to call these if we're doing an online search?
