Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your coil balance assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. I'd also recommend checking an identical window that is functional to determine if it uses the same hardware.
If so, please include the exact weight of the window sash supported by the balances you're replacing. If the original coils were never strong enough to support the sash, we can determine the correct strength options for your replacements based on the sash weight. Thank you!

The inside part you want to see is the coil balance? Or that part has the silver coil inside that you need to see? I'll have my repairman get a pic of what you need.

How do I know the weight of the window? The Alliance Innovative or Innovative Alliance window measures 25" X 50", was purchased in 2018.

We'll need to see the coil spring inside the cover shown in your second photo uninstalled, as well as the pivot shoe shown in your first photo. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process.
As for weighing the sash, you can place it on a bathroom scale once it is removed to access the balance hardware.
