Single Arm Operator Arm

Ordered a 39-449 Operator and a 39-512 Track but there is no roller or slider at the end of the operator arm. What part do I need for this?

Hello! The guide for the 39-449 is sold separately, under the 39-529. This is compatible with the 39-449 operator, but not the 39-512 track; this track is not recommended for use with this operator. Instead, we use the 39-528.

The 39-512 track is not meant to work with these other parts in any way. If you have this on your window already, odds are the 39-449 operator is not the right part for the job. You will need to double check that before you buy anything else.

Thanks for the reply Tom! Although I was hoping to get a track that is mounted to the bottom of the sash. I see in the truth encore data sheet that it shows a track similar to the one I have purchased (see image). After doing a little more research I found the 39-504 track that looks identical to the one in my image. Is this 39-504 track compatible with the 39-449 operator and 39-529 guide?
