Single Hung Aluminum 3x5 Balance

Dear Team,
Please help me identify the balance system for a single hung aluminum. The track measures 29x5/8x9/16. It has a stamp "2830" and "B.S.I." Let me know it you need any additional informantion.

We should be able to assist with a replacement for this style of channel balance, but to further review, do you have an undamaged version that we could see? It would be best to see undamaged nylon attachments to confirm the series you have. Thank you!

Sorry, but the left and right are both broken. The other windows are sliders. Attached are a couple of additional photos. I hope this helps.

I believe you have either the Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look below to compare.

If the other side has a less damaged shoe, you will want to measure the best you can to determine the correct series. You will need a 29" balance with a 2830 stamp option.
