Single Hung Aluminum Tilt Window Locking Latch
I wasn't able to find an exact match for your tilt latch. However, we may have a working substitute.
The screw holes of you top tilt latch seem to be 2-1/8" apart, center-to-center. If this is accurate then you may be able to use our and our 26-228 and 26-229. Please compare these to your own and let me know if you think they will work. My hope is that they'll install in the same holes without having to drill anything.

I do see that the recommended replacements do not have a lock mechanism like the originals, so they would not be an acceptable replacement in my application.
Both our 26-228 and 26-229 latches are our best options. If you're concerned with the security latch you have on your original latch, then you may want to have a look and consider our 26-387 surface mount vent kit. It's not the most ideal alternative, but it can provide the extra security needed. Have a look and see what you think.
