It is 1/2" width, one plastic end is 1" deep, Metal channel is 26-7/8" long. I need help identifying this piece. Thank you.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Your metal channel length is odd though. It should measure 27" long based on the stamp. Could you double-check that for us to be safe?

Thank you! If the bottom shoe measures 1" deep, you'd want the S380-27 channel balance with the 2650 stamp option.
