Single Hung Balancer Catch

Question

Please see the attached pictures of a white plastic balancer catch from the top, outside edge of a Milgard Single Hung window. I would like to be prepared and order enough for all my windows. Put me down for 16 units.

Thanks for posting, Addison. Since this part is so damaged, it's going to be a little on the difficult end to make a good recommendation. Nonetheless, the show must go on. That said, I have come up with two parts that look close to what you have: our 18-008 and 18-188. If possible, compare our parts to one of your sash guides that may not be as damaged to see if either of these will work.
