I also think the shoe is a bit bigger being the 1 1/32. See attached photo.

Don't worry if it appears slightly above 1-3/32". This is a Series 385 balance. If the metal bar is 12" long by itself, choose S385-12. You may have a "1130" option (which the site will ask for before it lets you add the item to the shopping cart), but weigh your window sash to be sure.
