3. Retractor Spring Assembly - watch spring, tape-type
I have multiple homes constructed with these identical windows.

Your photo resembles the 15-175 pivot shoe, which uses the S152 coil springs and other parts shown under the related items section of the product page.
As for your pivot bar, see the 26-226. Take a look and see how the specifications of these parts compare to the original hardware. Thank you!
