Please help me determine what spare part I need. Unfortunately, there is no window model and no numbers are indicated on it. This is a very old window. Thank you!

It appears you have a Certainteed brand pivot bar. Take a look at the 26-353 and compare the dimensions below to see how they match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
