Single Hung Window Balance

Question

I have a single hung window that sags 2"-3" when opened. I cannot find this replacement balance anywhere or any direction where to find it. The number on the side is 25-3 EH5 CMC 75. The over length of the balance (without the guides) is 26". Can you help?

It's tough to make out what Series you have based on your photos. It might be our S385-26 channel balance, but look it over and see what you think. This comes with the 15-004 shoe, which is an important detail. I would double check to confirm it's the same size as your existing shoe.
