Single Hung Window Balance Springs

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 26-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to check to be safe.

We've had quite a few customers with Milgard windows who had the same "custom" extended travel channel balances. Not all Milgard windows have them, but some indeed do. This type of balance isn't something we stock on our website so we have to order them out, making it custom. 

If the window is identical in brand and size, they likely will have the same extended travel balances. However, you may want to check just to be safe since they can't be returned for a refund.
