Single Hung Window Balances

Question

Need 4 single hung (2 windows) 33 inch x 1/2 inch balancers with ID BSI 3240 (backwards E). From BSI website top and bottom look like 3240-3 (60-508 top and 60-503 bot).  attached photos of top and bottom.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them, though I can't quite tell what your precise measurement is from your photos. I recommend referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
