Single Hung Window Latches, handles broken off by evicted tenant, no names or numbers visible windows.

Hello there!

I'm not sure if we'll have a replacement for this lock. To help with our search, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center along with the backset? You can use the image below as a reference for what to measure.

Mounting Holes Center-to-Center = 1 7/8" / Backset = 11/16" (APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS)

Correction from initial post: Windows are Double Hung, not single hung.

Thanks for getting back to us. Starting with the tilt latch and vent stop, see the 26-243 & 26-244 along with the 26-354. As for the lock, our 90-286 appears to match your dimensions but the style is different from your original so I can't guarantee it will work. Carefully go over the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
