It's tough to tell from your photos. I can't make out your precise dimensions based on those rulers. Can you tell me the exact height and thickness of the housing? That will help us find a good match.

Height = 1" 12/16"
Thickness = 3/4"

Hmm...I could not locate a roller like the one you show with the same dimensions that is held in place with a "split pin". We offer our 81-016 and 81-019 door roller that are held in with a pin, but not in the same location or dimensions as yours. I would suggest replacing the wheel only with something like our 81-226 or 81-272 and use your existing housing. Carefully review all the parts mentioned to see if any of these suggestions will work for you.
