Single Wheel Roller

My patio glass is pretty old (about 30 years) and it's sliding door were worn out. I am trying to get new ones. The size of the rollers: Length 2-1/4" (fully extended, can't be adjusted); High:1-1/16", Thich is 5/8", Wheel diameter 1-1/4".
Can you help me find a new one?
