Single Window Sash, channel balance

I believe this is 1/2 inch (9/16) channel balance. I just don't know the corresponding weight to pick. S385 was good for another window in my house. What product should I get? Thanks!

Your window balance is similar to a few series we supply. The Series 385 could be a match, but to narrow it down as a replacement, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the spring and the cord (string) inside the channel. Particularly, the piece connecting the two, in the middle.
