Thanks for reaching out to us. The part shown here is only the inner housing. There should be an outer housing, it might still be installed in the door. If you can show us a complete roller assembly put together, that would allow us to narrow down some options.
Yes, in most cases you will need to remove the bottom rail from the door to access the roller. I'm not certain with the outer housing installed but the 81-112 comes to mind. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with a complete roller.
