Single hung Milgard plastic block

I suggest you use the 18-009 top sash guide. You may simply need to trim the three thin plastic edges at the top of the guide where it protruded past the main body of the guide. I've done this before myself. This was easy and works perfectly for the Milgard non tilt window. Just note that any modified product cannot be returned for a refund.
