Hi Nick,

Your window balance has winged top and bottom attachments like the S378-24, S380-24, and the S385-24. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to determine which balance is the correct one for your window.

You'll need to select the 2340 stamp option.

Hi I have now identified the sash balance from the info you gave me. I have checked my back window and the sash balances are different there. Can you assist me to identify these as well
its a 29 3

If these balances have a winged top fitting like your original balances, the replacement options would be the same, except you would need 30" balances with 2930 strength options. Just let us know if you have any other questions.
