Single hung balancer part

A home owner from Las Vegas says:

I need part that engages balancer on a 30 year old Milgard style aluminum single hung window. The photo shows the a broken part and a complete part. Other photo shows balancer and window style. Please advise.

It's hard to say from this angle but start by comparing your dimensions to our 26-041 pivot bar to see if this matches what you need. Do you need a new pivot shoe as well? If so, we'll need to see it removed from the window along with the thickness and width.
