I am requesting assistance in orders single hung Caswell balances and some pics are uploaded here .

It looks like you have either an S351 or an S390 balance.

Please measure the length of the bottom shoe and once you have done that, you will know which series balance you need.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

After removing the clip, please send us pictures of the front view and side view so our experts can recommend replacement options and get this order done for you
