We believe you have a PGT window that can use the 18-015 top sash guide as well as the S395-29 channel balance. It's important to compare our balance to one of your balances that does not have any damage. We'd also need for you to get back to us with the stamped number on your balance. If there are no stamped numbers, let us know the weight of your window sash. There are some media guides we placed on this page that may be able to provide some additional help to you.
