The metal post is 14 1/2" long and for a single hung non tilt window.
Marking on metal channel reads: 14 2 BSI TD

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Keep in mind that this type of balance should have a 14-5/8" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send you an order link and price quote. Thank you!

Will need two, one for each side. This window was purchased from Home Depot years ago, so surprised there is not a standard one that would work. Thank you for the information.
