Single hung non-tilt window balance

Question

Please help me identify replacement parts for the block and tackle channel balances which are part of a single-hung non-tilt vinyl window.

There is not a trademark on the window itself that I can find, and the only identifying information on the window balance itself reads ?11 4 B.S.I PV?

In my review of standard channel balances online, I?ve noticed that the hook/clip is located approximately 1/24-1/2 inch from the end of the shoe. However, in the channel balances I am trying to replace, the hook appears to exit at the actual bottom of the shoe.

The channel width is 1/2 inch, and the metal channel length (without plastic shoes) is 11 inches.
