Hi there - I believe we have Milguard single hung, non-tilt windows and it seems that one of the window balances is broken. I think one of the hooks must've snapped, so now the window closes and rests askew.
There aren't any markings on the channel balance besides "32 4 BSI ov". I can't seem to find any replacements online. There is a sticker on the window that has this information: "Series: 6210/6230/6230j/6270... AAMA / NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97...H-LC30-48x78"
We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its unique configuration. Before we go any further, can you just tell me how many you wanted to buy? Once I know that, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
Nope, that's everything we need. So, for full transparency, these were discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer made, but we luckily still have 19 in stock, so it should be plenty. I'm only telling you this now in case you wanted to order more in the future. There is a modern part that replaces these without issue, but for now we can stick with the original model no problem.
