Single hung sash broken in pivot area

I have a twin seal single hung window H-R25-46x77. Both the balances with new style anchors and new sash need to be replaced.

Can you show us photos of each part that you need to replace? We likely have the balances and the bottom shoes. We'd like to see each part by itself, because the code you provided doesn't tell us what to suggest.
As far as the new sash that you mentioned, if you need the entire frame and pane of glass (the sliding sash), we cannot replace glass. We'd recommend a local glass shop for that repair. If you're referring to some other part, just show us, and we will make a suggestion for a replacement.
