The balance you have can be replaced with either the S380-15 with a 1" shoe or the S385-15 with a 1-3/32". You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to confirm which of these is the right fit for your window.

Since the balance is marked with a 14 2, you can most likely use the 1420 stamp option. It wouldn't be necessary to obtain the weight of the sash but if you are unsure that your sash weight falls between 6 to 10lbs then you should do so.
