Single hung sash windows

Question

I'm a little confused. I measured the metal only and it was 27", however the stamp on the slider says 26  4  KW  CMC. I don't see any other numbers. Please let me know any information you can so I can replace both sliders on my window.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
