Window Balance 26 4 CALDWELL GM

Question

The window was originally installed new when the house was built in 1993. It's a vinyl Wenco window. The pictures show the broken cord from the pulley system in the balance. The sash weighs 18.8 pounds and the channel is 1/2 inch wide and 27 inches long (metal part only). Imprinted on the channel is: "26 4 CALDWELL GM"

This could be either our S380-27 or S385-27, I'm just not sure which. It will depend on the size of the bottom shoe; that is the only difference between these two balances.
