Single hung t-lock balance shoe replacements

Question

I attempted to match the grey one in the picture to you 15-195B( order #1595647) but the part cannot hook on in the steel frame with the spring.

In the past the window warranty sent me these black thinner one inch ones and they worked too.

Hello, David. We do sell the 15-236, which has the same deep groove in the stem as your original, but it has a closed cam, not an open cam like yours. However, it seems the black shoe you were sent also has a closed cam. If that worked fine, then I see no reason why our 15-236 wouldn't, either.
