Single hung tilt

Question

Need to replace both pivot shoes and black and tackles on my single hung tilt. Don't know what company made the window. Not sure what products you have that may work.

Your balance resembles the S770-32 channel balance. This balance installs at the top using a screw. Please confirm the length of the metal channel is 32" and the width is 9/16". It appears that the engraved stamp reads 32C, which will translate to a 32C stamp option that can support a 20 to 25 pound window sash.

Please review to confirm a good fit!

For the pivot shoe, we will need to see it removed from the window with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best option.
