Single hung vinyl.window coil spring and catch

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us photos of the pivot shoe? If we can ID that first, we can determine the compatible coil springs.

Perfect! This pivot shoe appears to be the 15-180, which uses the S190 coil springs (sold separately). We also have the 15-181 double coil clip and the 15-186 single coil clip. The video below will go over how to determine the coil spring weights.
