I believe we may be able to help you, but first, we need to see photos showing the complete balance with the nylon attachments intact and have you provide the total length of the part.

Great. But we really need to see it removed from the window, with the nylon attachments on the spring to be able to identify the part and see which replacement could work for you. Could you do that for us please?
