Hi Swisco: I'm interested in replacing the channel balance assembly that broke on one of my windows. The cord shredded and the spring fell out on my window. Additionally, the lock on top is hard to close and could use replacement screws as well. I've added the window sticker and also the picture of the part number for the channel balance that fell out of the window. Let me know the next steps for ordering replacement parts.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the "86" stamped on your metal channel. To confirm the exact replacement that you need, we'll need to see clear photos of the fittings attached to both ends of the metal channel.
If you need a new sash lock also, we'll need to see a photo of the original and have you confirm the exact distance between the installation holes to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
