Single hung window balance

Thanks for writing in! I'm certain we have a replacement match for this window balance. I'll need to see the top and bottom attachments on it to identify the correct match.

Additionally, I'll need to see a photo of the spring side of the balance. I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the cord (the string) in the center of the balance.
