Single hung window balance

I am in need of a balance for a Milgard single hung window. The number on the old balance is 26-4 BD5 CMC 87. I would sure like to buy a new one that is not broken. Can you help me ? Thanks, Dave

We can absolutely help! We will need to see some photos of your balance to be able to determine the best replacement option for you though. Please include the end attachments on either end of the metal channel in your photos. Thanks!
