I need to replace both balance on an old condo window from the 70s. I went to open window and it came down and dell off the track's. I place the original balances in trash and now I don't have a name ,brand, or serial number for my window balance. I do have pictures of the window to provide you if needed. And I ha no other window like it at home. I was wondering if you can guide me with the part to replace it.
