A home owner from Cape Coral, Florida says:
I am looking for a channel balance. The length is 37", metal to metal ends and the specs are stenciled on the picture above.

Please advise

Thanks for posting. See either our S380-37 or S385-37. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Your stamp code of 36 4 conforms to our stamp option of 3640, which is for a window sash weight range of 23 through 30 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.

A home owner from Cape Coral, Florida says:
Thanks for the reply. My bottom shoe is 1" so I will order the S380.
