Hi, the number on my balance is 3405. The part I can't identify is the shoe, it looks to be less than 1 inch deep.

I agree, your shoe looks to shallow to be replaced by any of our standard products. I think this is our 15-029 bottom fitting, which can only be supplied in a custom assembly.
If that's something that interests you, then I'd be happy to accommodate. I just need you to clarify a few points before we go forward.
- Can you confirm that the length of the metal channel is 35"?
- Can you also verify the stamp? 3405 is not a code I'm familiar with; 3450 is more common, so I'm hoping that's just at typo. If not, please let me know the precise weight of the sash so we can calculate the appropriate spring strength.
- How many balances did you need altogether?
Once we have that information cleared up then we can get the ball rolling on a custom order.
