Thanks for posting! Your sash lock reminds me of either our 90-274 or our 90-278. To confirm which of these is the best fit for your sash, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions from each lock.

Regarding the keeper, we do not carry one with your exact specifications but we have a few that may be worth considering as a replacement. I would suggest taking a look at either our 90-110 or our 90-301. They both have 1" installation hole spacing measurement but the 90-301 is 1-3/16 in height while the 90-110 is 1-1/64" tall. Take a look and see what you think.
