It's tough to tell for sure what you have without dimensions, but consider our 18-166 to start. Carefully look over the measurements and information we have for this part and let me know how well it compares to the original.

When comparing measurements, make sure to use an undamaged version of your top sash guide as a reference. It will make things a lot easier for you.
