Hi Shana. First, look at our S380-30. The bottom nylon shoe for this balance, our 15-005, has a depth or 'heel-to-toe' measurement of 1". However, it looks like your bottom nylon shoe has a depth closer to 7/8". Can you confirm this? If so, then you need a custom balance with our 15-029 7/8" shoe attached. We'd be happy to make these up for you. Just let us know. Many thanks.

Sorry I forgot to do this.

Here are some pics because we aren't sure what measurement you need. We need this for two windows.

Thanks for getting back to me. The shoe depth is 7/8", so you're going to need a custom built 30" balance with the 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom attached, and with a stamp option of 2930. I have sent you an email with a custom link to order (4) of these balances. Let me know if you have any other questions.
