Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your original pivot bar but the 26-366 Vinyl Window Sash Pivot Bar has been recommended as a possible replacement in the past. You'll notice that it does not have the same T-shaped end as yours but it should still be compatible with your existing pivot shoe. Review the specifications below and see what you think.
