Single hung window 'retainer'

Hello,

I am unable to find this part on your website. It allows the top of the window to be released for removal. It is approximately 3" long and I have included images of the broken and unbroken parts. The window lock has the name 'Better-Bilt.' Please advise if you have this or an equivalent part.

Thanks for posting. The most vital dimension is that of the distance between the installation holes (measured from the center of each hole). With that in mind, I recommend that you compare our 26-195 (LH) and 26-196 (RH) to your own latches. Do you think these could work?
