Need to replace 2 sash for a single hung window and the broken clip on the window it self

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help supply the balance shown here. However, it must be a custom order since the configuration isn't a part of our stock catalog. Can you show us a photo of the bottom shoe from the side? Can we also see a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord?

The top sash guide reminds me of our 18-009 and 18-188. Take a look at the specifications and see if one of them matches up with your old one.
